Skyline Drive Shenandoah National Park
One of our best National Parks, built by the CCC in the 1930's. The road blends in as natural as a road can. The stone work in the park is just amazing. The park is holding up well, considering the amount of use. ( Millions ). The park,as all National Parks is underfounded and needs work. The richest nation in the world, one that afford to can fly bombs half way around the world,cannot preserve its heritage.
