Think my post on National Corporation Parks is just so much joking?

Congress (GOP) has made proposals to sell national parks, to allow corporate sponsorships in national parks, and to rewrite the National Park Service's Management Policies to allow for much more motorized recreation in the national parks. Not to mention timbering and mining.

Should we erect a McDonald's or Pizza Hut at Old Faithful? How about an outlet at Jenny Lake in Grand Teton to buy snowmobiles? A powerboat dealer on Crater Lake? A Northface store on Mount McKinley?
